Care:

The Feeding Mat can be cleaned easily with the help of a brush or under running water. Please ensure that it has thoroughly dried to avoid the formation of any odors. We recommend drying it in a dry warm place.

• For orders under $150, shipping fees apply. Please email us, and we will calculate the shipping cost and send you an invoice for payment

Returns and Exchanges

• We offer a full refund or exchange within 12 days of purchase or within 12 days of package being delivered, with a show of proof of purchase. Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received, in the original unopened packaging or with original tags attached.Refunds must go onto the same card with which they were purchased.
• Items that are purchased on sale, including the use of discount codes are final sale. No return on food, beds, pet carriers, mats, brushes, shampoos, perfumes, food supplements or sale items.
