In-store Pick Up

We will send you an email when your order is ready for pick up. Orders can be picked up during our regular business hours: Mon-Fri: 12-6pm, Sat-Sun: 12-7pm.

Pick up location is our store: 8368 Capstan Way #1308, Richmond, BC.

*Orders including raw food and large items must be picked up, and are not eligible for local shipping.

Domestic Shipping

Orders over $150

We offer free standard shipping within Canada, excluding large items (dog beds) & frozen items, for orders over $150.

Orders will be shipped from our store within 1-3 business days.

Packages will be shipped via Canada Post. We are not responsible for delayed shipping, lost, stolen, or damaged packages after we hand the package to the shipping company.

Orders under $150

For orders under $150, shipping fees apply. Please email us, and we will calculate the shipping cost and send you an invoice for payment.

International/US Shipping

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer shipping outside of Canada.
